I guarantee the quality and workmanship of the products the site sells and I want your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact our Customer Service email address (RitualCulture@gmail.com) so that I may personally resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
I hope that you never have to return any of our products, but if you do here are a few things to keep in mind. When your order arrives, check all packages for damage or missing items. If there is anything damaged or you are missing products that your packing slip states should be there, make a note of them. Email at RitualCulture@gmail.com and I will be happy to resolve the matter. Please include your order number in your email.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise upon receiving it, we will exchange your item(s) for a similar, (i.e., same cost) item. Ritual-Culture.com allows one exchange per order. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost but Ritual-Culture.com will pay for shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you. We will not ship any new merchandise until all items(s) to be exchanged are received. Returns must be in original condition (unwashed, unworn, clean, tags attached, undamaged) and must be received by Ritual-Culture.com within 30 days of your original order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 30-day period.

Please send product with note or copy of original invoice indicating the kind of action you'd like completed with the returned item.
Will be given upon return order is processed.
We make every attempt to present accurate information on our site and we correct any errors as we identify them. However, changes in descriptions, images, availability, and prices may occur. You may verify product information by contacting us at RitualCUlture@gmail.com .
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EXCHANGE ONLY
If you are returning a gift and are not the original purchaser, please be sure to indicate the item you would like an exchange for of equal or lesser value and any changes to the delivery address.
You may expect a refund within 7-14 days after we have received your return. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. We are unable to issue store credits or gift cards to be used at a later date. Once a refund has been issued, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on your order.
